Dirt Lion LLC operates a mobile messaging program governed by these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Program and our handling of your personal information are also subject to our Privacy Policy outlined above. By enrolling, signing up, or agreeing to partake in the Program, you acknowledge and accept these Mobile Messaging Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our General Terms of Agreement.
Program Description: Through the Program, we may deliver promotional and transactional mobile messages across various formats. Promotional messages will advertise and promote our products and services and may include special offers and other marketing promotions. Message frequency may vary, but you will not receive more than 3 messages between your responses. You agree that we may send you messages on the above topics or any other topic, and these messages may originate from different telephone numbers or short codes. While we do not charge for messages sent through this Program, you are responsible for any message and data rates charged by your mobile provider, as standard data and message rates may apply for short message service and multimedia message alerts.
User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number, you are voluntarily opting into the Program and agree to receive recurring mobile messages at the number you provided on https://dirtlion.com/contact. This includes any number registered on state or federal “Do Not Call” lists. You confirm that any mobile phone number provided is valid and owned by you or that you are an authorized user. If your mobile number changes or if you no longer are the authorized user of the number, you agree to promptly inform us at info@dirtlion.com. Your participation in the Program is entirely voluntary and not required for making any purchase from us.
User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving mobile messages from us or if you no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, simply reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message received from us. You may temporarily receive text messages while we process your request, along with a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand that this approach is the only reasonable method to opt out. To rejoin the Program, you can sign up again as you initially did, and we will resume sending messages to you. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message.
Please note that our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that deviate from these commands, and you agree that we and our service providers are not liable for failing to honor any requests that do not comply with these Mobile Messaging Terms. Additionally, we may change the telephone number or short code that operates the Program, and we will inform you of such changes. Be aware that any requests sent to new telephone numbers or short codes may not be received by us, and we cannot be held responsible for not honoring requests sent to changed numbers.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis and might not be accessible in all areas, at all times, or by all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers are liable for any delivery failures, delays, or misdirection of any mobile messages or information sent through the Program.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without prior notice. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we may also amend these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting to our website. We encourage you to periodically review these Mobile Messaging Terms to stay informed of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program signifies your acceptance of any amendments.
